Purchase Policy

This page explains how Infinite Digits handles cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, and support for both physical merchandise and digital products sold through this store.

Hardware Purchases

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or other local fees. These charges are typically collected by the carrier or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international shipment is refused and returned, any return shipping charges, customs fees, or duties assessed against the shipment may be deducted from the refund. Packages will not be declared below their actual value.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If physical merchandise is delivered into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a refund to the original payment method, less a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processor costs.

Returns

To request a return within 14 days of delivery, email zack@infinitedigits.co.

  • US customers will be sent a USPS return label.
  • International customers should arrange return shipping with the carrier of their choice.

When returning an item:

  • Pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Use an outer shipping box when needed; do not ship using only the product packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law.

Items returned in new or unused condition are generally eligible for a full merchandise refund, minus any non-refundable shipping charges and the 5% processing fee described above.

Restocking Fees

  • Unopened or unused items: no restocking fee.
  • Used but like-new items with original packaging and accessories: 10% fee.
  • Used items missing packaging or showing wear: 20% or more, based on condition.
  • Items that arrive defective: no restocking fee.

Warranty

Every physical product is tested and packed with care. If an item arrives defective, email zack@infinitedigits.co to arrange a replacement or return.

Physical items include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Shipping costs associated with warranty service are not included unless required by law.

For products outside the warranty period, or products owned by a later purchaser, affordable repair options or self-service guidance may still be available. Include your order number and details, photos, or video of the issue when reaching out.


Digital Products

Overview

Infinite Digits digital products, including plugins, software, downloadable content, and license-key based products, are sold as digital goods. Unless otherwise required by law, all digital-product sales are final.

Once a license key has been delivered, or a product has been downloaded, installed, activated, or registered, the purchase is treated as completed and non-refundable.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or registering a digital product from this store, you acknowledge that you have read this Purchase Policy and agree to the Terms of Use.

Before Purchasing

Before buying a digital product, you are strongly encouraged to:

  • Try any available demo, free version, or preview.
  • Review system requirements and confirm compatibility with your DAW, OS, and hardware.
  • Email zack@infinitedigits.co with any pre-purchase questions.

Compatibility should be confirmed before purchase. Refunds are generally not available once registration, license delivery, or download has occurred.

Technical and License-Key Support

If you run into technical issues, contact zack@infinitedigits.co and include:

  • A clear description of the problem.
  • Your operating system and DAW details.
  • Any relevant screenshots, crash notes, or error messages.

Infinite Digits will make a good-faith effort to resolve legitimate technical issues. However, a support request or technical issue does not by itself create a right to a refund.

If a license key was not delivered or is not functioning correctly, support will be provided at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability for Digital Products

To the maximum extent permitted by law, digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every system or workflow.

Infinite Digits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost projects, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use a digital product, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
